Host your next meeting, celebration, or community event in our well-equipped Community Room. With access to a full kitchen and flexible table arrangements, the space is ideal for gatherings of all kinds.


📄 Rental Information

📋 Rental Contract Required
All reservations must include a signed rental contract prior to room use.

💲 Rental Fees

  • Members: $50 (up to 5 hours)
    • $10 for each additional hour
  • Non-Members: $75 (up to 5 hours)
    • $15 for each additional hour
  • Security Deposit: $150 (only required if room is used when the Rec Center is not staffed)

📌 Rules & Regulations

  1. Emergency Door: The exit door in the Community Room is alarmed and should only be used in emergencies.
  2. Responsibility: The renter is liable for any damage or loss incurred during the rental period.
  3. Facility Access: Use is limited to the Community Room and kitchen areas only.
  4. Kitchenware Provided: Accessories for both rooms are included with the rental.
  5. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental will incur a $25 penalty.
  6. Cleanup Requirements:
    • Wipe down tables
    • Sweep floors
    • Clean kitchen area
    • Wash and put away all dishes
    • Place used towels in the laundry washer (not the sink)
  7. Furniture Setup:
    • Standard setup diagram is posted by the laundry room door.
    • Renters may rearrange but must return everything to its original layout.
  8. Room Inventory:
    • 4 rectangular tables (30" x 96")
    • 7 round tables (48" diameter)
    • 46 chairs (more available upon request)
  9. Decorating Policy: No taping or tacking items to the walls without prior permission from Director Josh Jensen.
  10. Prohibited: Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not allowed anywhere on the premises.
