Includes: Water, Sewer, and Storm Sewer

- Bills mailed: 1st of each month
- Due: 20th of the month
- Late Fee: $15, applied on the 21st
- Disconnection: 12 days after the 21st, excluding Sunday's/holidays
- Reconnect Fee: $60 + past due balance

- Included on your city utility bill
- Recycling is mandatory:
- Blue bins are provided
- Bins must stay with the home if you move
- Improper recycling may result in refused pickup or a citation
๐ Parking Restrictions
- Residential Areas:
- โ๏ธ No parking from November 1 to April 1, between 2:00 AM โ 5:00 AM
- Downtown Area:
- ๐ซ No parking year-round between 2:00 AM โ 5:00 AM

๐พ Pet Licensing & Ordinance
- All pets must be leashed within city limits
- Dogs and cats must be licensed annually:
- Fee: $15 per pet (due by Jan 31)
- Late fee: $7 (after Jan 31)
- Dogs must have current rabies vaccination
- Tags available at City Hall
๐ฟ Yard & Property Maintenance
โ๏ธ Lawn Care
- Grass and weeds must be kept under 9 inches
- Non-compliance may result in:
- Mowing by city at $50/hour
- Plus a $75 surcharge
๐ฅ Yard Waste & Burning
- Open burning only allowed during City-designated periods (check with City Hall)
- Year-round drop-off for grass, leaves, and branches at lagoon site
- โ No trash, cans, bottles, or household waste allowed

โ๏ธ Snow & Ice Removal
- Property owners must clear sidewalks promptly following a snow/ice event
- Failure to clear may result in the City doing so and billing the property owner

- Tornado sirens are tested on the first Monday of every month
