Call to                           The meeting was called to order by Mayor Pro-Tem Buell.  Members present were:

Order                            Ehler, Kofmehl and Lukins. Mayor Gross arrived at 5:41 P.M.

 

 

 

Consent                         NONE

Agenda

 

 

 

Adoption of Budget         Public Hearing was opened at 5:40 P.M. to hear comments on the budget for

/Certification of Taxes:   FY 07-08.  No comments were received either verbal or oral. Public Hearing was

Resolution 2007:05         closed at 5:45 P.M.

                                    Motion by Buell, seconded by Kofmehl to approve the FY 2007-08 Budget as

                                    presented. All Ayes.  Motion Carried.

                       

           

 

 

Adjourn                         Motion by Kofmehl, seconded by Buell to adjourn at 5:35 P.M. All Ayes. Motion

                                    Carried.
