Call to               The meeting was called to order by Mayor Gross.  Members present were:

Order                Breyfogle, Buell, Ehler, Kofmehl and Lukins.

 

 

 

 

Consent             NONE

Purchase           Motion by Lukins, seconded by Buell to approve the amended purchase agreement

Agreement:       for purchase of 29 acres of land adjacent to the City of Holstein. All Ayes.  Motion Carried.

Letter of            Council discussed proposed letter of intent to withdraw from the agreement between

Intent to            Ida County and the other cities in Ida County for garbage disposal (landfill) services by March 

Withdraw          31, 2007. Motion by Ehler, seconded by Breyfogle to approve the withdrawal of the City of

From Solid         Holstein from the agreement between Ida County and the cities in Ida County for garbage

Waste               disposal (landfill) services effective 31 Mach 2007.  All Ayes.  Motion Carried.

Budget              Council discussed the Preliminary Budget prepared by City Administrator Mark A. Baker.

Workshop          It was agreed that at least one more budget workshop would be held before final approval

                        of the budget. No action taken.
